Tenants at Kukuom haunted by strange objects

Kukuom (B/A) July 15 GNA - Residents of Kukuom in the Asunafo District of the Brong Ahafo Region, are gripped with fear and uncertainty over the discovery of strange objects in a house.

Madam Afia Agyapongmaa, a tenant in the house, that belong to a farmer, Mr Amadu Kokroye, told the Ghana News Agency, that since April this year, palm kernels have been pouring on the roof without a clue of their origin.

She said pear seeds and stones started raining after the kernels and this compelled the 22 tenants, to report the strange incidence to the police.

Anxious citizens of the town also consulted religious leaders to unravel the mystery but to no avail.

A visit by the GNA to the house confirmed that the compound was covered with the seeds and objects.

Some citizens of the town have attributed the bizarre experience to the spiritual activity of a native doctor who once lived in the house. They claimed that a receptacle containing cowries, eggs and a 2000 cedis note was found at the gate of the house few days before the incidence.
