Odwira Afahye Gets Guinness Support

Guinness Ghana Limited has presented a sponsorship package to the Odwira Afahye Planning Committee of the Amanokrom Traditional Council at Amanokrom in the Eastern Region.

The sponsorship package comprised cash and assorted products of Guinness Ghana as well as support for the Odwira Afahye organisers in areas of publicity and hosting of a grand durbar and state dance.

Making the presentation on behalf of Guinness Ghana management, Mr. Divine Tsegah, Divisional Sales Manager of the blue chip brewery said Guinness was proud to be sponsoring the highly regarded festival in line with the company's objective to support and enhance Ghana's rich cultural heritage.

Nana Adu Boafo, the Apagyahene of Amanokrom received the package on behalf of the Amanokrom Odwira Afahye.

He prayed for the continued success of the brewery giant and pledged that the Planning Committee of the festival would make judicious use of the items to ensure a greatly improved Odwira Afahye.
