I’m worried about Martha Bissah’s future – Coach

Martha Bissah’s personal trainer Isaac Nii Odartey Lamptey has revealed he has not spoken to the Olympic Gold medalist since she moved in with new manager Mickey Osei Berko, popularly known as Master Richard.

Lamptey, who discovered and personally trained Martha till she became an Olympic champion in August last year, told Ultimate FM in Kumasi that since he handed over the management of the girl to Master Richard in early January, the lady has since become difficult to reach.

Lamptey, who recruits and trains young athletes in the Ashanti region, said Master Richard requested to manage the girl after she became an Olympic champion, which he agreed. But since the beginning of the year, he only hears about Martha through the popular TV personality, adding he cannot tell if the girl has been training.

“I have not spoken to Martha the whole of this year. My only information about her is through Master Richard.

“I’m still her trainer but I cannot tell if she’s been training because I’m a police officer and I’m in my station in Kumasi. I’m worried about her,” Lamptey said.
