PHOTOS: Black Stars undergo Ebola tests

The 23-man Black Stars players have undergone Ebola tests for the Ebola virus with barely 48-hours to the big kick-off of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea, DailySoccerGhana.com can confirm. The screening exercise is part of CAF’s medical rules and regulations to reduce the possible spread of the deadly virus, which has claimed over 8000 lives especially in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. According to CAF, any player who shows signs of the Ebola virus would have to be quarantined for 21 days. The Black Stars will open their Equatorial Guinea 2015 campaign with a Group C game against Senegal on January 19, Algeria on January 23 before facing South Africa on January 27 all in Mongomo.
