First Liberty Micro-finance holds meeting with customers

The First Liberty Micro-Finance Limited, a non-banking financial institution, has held a meeting with its customers in the Brong-Ahafo Region to review its operational activities in 2014.

The meeting held in Sunyani and attended by about 500 customers sought to improve upon the services being provided and also identified the need for the introduction of more services and products by the company.

The customers were from all branches in the Region comprising Nsoatre, Drobo, Dormaa-Ahenkro, Wanmfie, Duayaw-Nkwanta, in addition to those in Sunyani.

Odeneho Dr. Afram Brimpong II, the Paramount Chief of Suma Traditional Area, and the Managing Director, said spoke about the vision and strategies of the company in relation to the needs of customers.

Odeneho Dr. Brimpong, a Management and Business Development Consultant, advised the customers to be prudent in their daily expenditure and consumption patterns.

The company is operating 12 net-worked branches across Ashanti, Eastern and Brong-Ahafo regions and has 72,000 customers.
