GRA slaps Alex Kotey with indefinite suspension

The Ghana Referees’ Association has handed an indefinite suspension to Alex Kotey for misconduct.

The retired referee has been punished for storming out of a National Working Committee meeting after members disagreed with him.

The body wants the Ghana Football Association to take action by revoking his membership on the Referees Committee.

A statement read: “The executives committee of the referees association have taken a serious view of your misconduct towards the association and have decided to suspend you indefinitely from the association.

“You are indefinitely suspended from all RAG activities pending the out outcome of a committee to be set up to investigate your actions.”
