Godfred Donsah debuts for Cagliari

Ghana youth star Godfred Donsah played his first Serie A match for Cagliari on Sunday in their 2-2 home draw with Sampdoria.

Donsah replaced Daniele Dessena on 55 minutes as the Rossoblu rallied from two goals down to earn a point.

The 18-year-old defensive midfielder joined Cagliari in a whopping €2 million from Hellas Verona where spent one season and made one Serie A appearance.

Donsah is a favourite of coach Zdenek Zeman and could be handed more game time this term.
