Desailly lauds Nyantakyi’s competency

The French legend of Ghanaian parentage has lauded the Ghana FA boss for the high level of competency he has exhibited in his job

World Cup winner Marcel Desailly has praised the high level of competency of the president of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi.

The Ghanaian-born French man emphasised that the GFA head has been excellent in his work and did a clever thing by showing Kwesi Appiah the exit.

“Our President of the federation Kwesi Nyantakyi is very competent and clever, he made a good decision in the sacking of the coach,” Desailly told TV 3.

“I support the decision taken by the President of the FA. They have gathered all the elements in making that decision. Kwesi Nyantakyi has collected all the information in making that decision.”

Desailly added: “He (Kwesi Appiah) made internal mistakes that did not suit them on the way of managing the players that is why he was sacked.”
