Marseille could sell Ayew in January

Ghana star Andre Ayew could leave Olympique Marseille as a free agent next summer if the French Ligue 1 giants fail to sell him in January.

The 24-year-old’s contract with Marseille runs out in June 2015 but he has refused to ink an extension deal with a flock of clubs chasing his signature.

Renowned Italian football agent Federico Pastorello who is also agent of Ghana’s Sulley Muntari has revealed Napoli are unrelenting in their pursuit of the playmaker.

English Premier League sides Newcastle United, Hull City and Liverpool have all been linked with the Black Stars winger.

Andre has scored twice in nine games for Marseille – one of his double this season, a rabona strike, has made waves in Europe.
