Reigning GPL 'Goal King' playing with BK Hacken's Team B

Despite winning the Ghana Premier League Golden Shoe Award and establishing himself on the local front, on loan Bechem United striker Augustine Okrah has yet to seal a regular spot at BK Hacken.

The 21-year-old has managed just four league minutes at Hacken since arriving at the Rambergsvallen on a half-season loan deal from Ghanaian Premier League side Bechem United.

Okrah bagged 16 Premier League goals to be crowned top-scorer of the Ghana Premier and win the Golden Shoe Award and was widely expected to translate his impressive form from the Ghanaian league to the Swedish Allsvenskan.

But with the turn out of things, the former Asante Kotoko misfit must work for his place at the club before his loan deal expires at the end of November.

BK Hacken have five league games to finish the season and if the club is to make his loan deal permanent he must garner some first team minutes at the club and improve his stats.

Hacken have a staunch trust in Ghanaian players after Abdul Majeed Waris’ remarkable record at the club is being perpetuated by former Ghana U17 skipper Nasiru Mohammed.
