Sir John suspends campaign in solidarity with Kwabena Agyepong

Whilst on a campaign tour of the Greater Accra Region this afternoon, ahead of Saturday’s National Delegates’ conference, I heard the sad news of an accident involving my compatriot, Kwabena Agyepong, on the Accra-Nsawam road.

I have decided to suspend immediately the rest of my campaign tour until further notice. I am also proceeding to the 37 Military Hospital to visit Kwabena where, I am told, he is receiving treatment.

I wish him and all those involved in the accident a speedy recovery.
