Property Masters Ghana rakes in ten-year franchise

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Property Express Group, Mr. Robert Wegbe, has officially disclosed that the company has conceded to offer the Franchise for an initial period of ten years to Property Masters Ghana (GKTCL) in Kumasi, Asokwa, Top Martins Complex, as a franchisee in the Northern Sector of Ghana (Upper West, Upper East, Northern, Brong Ahafo and the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

Official sources disclose that this pact was signed on Tuesday of December 17, 2013 between the CEO of Property Express Group, Mr. Robert Wegbe and the CEO of Property Masters Ghana, Nana Boadi—Suadwa Thomas. The terms of the franchise explicitly spell out the roles of the franchisee (Property Masters Ghana) which includes all activities of Property Express Group.

Property Express Group is a Property Media Company devoted to projecting and promoting development in all sectors of the African economy most particularly in the area of Home and Commercial building, Real Estate, Building Infrastructure, Hospitality, oil, Home Finance and the entire property industry.

Property Express Group has been very instrumental in the organization of the Ghana Property Awards which is held on a yearly basis. The Ghana Property Awards (GAPOA) is an annual Awards series for Ghana Real Estate, Property & Construction Sectors. The awards ceremony has grown to become the biggest industry awards scheme and the measuring rod for the success of practitioners and stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Organised by Property Express Group Ltd in collaboration with the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA), Ministry Of Water Resources, Works & Housing and other stakeholders, the Awards is set up to encourage competition and competitive pricing in the Property & Construction Industry. The Awards categorization is carefully designed to recognize the efforts of both established and up and coming firms.

This year, it was held at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Accra. The august occasion was graced by the Minister for Water Resources, Works and Housing, Honorable Collins Dauda. Intellectual architects in the real estate business, giant real estate developers like KOANS Estates and Manet Group and other suppliers were not left out as well.

Official sources close to Property Express have hinted that the 2014 Ghana Property Awards to be organized for the Northern Sector of Ghana is slated for Saturday June 28, 2014 at Golden Tulip Hotel in Kumasi.
