Rawlings has criticized everybody except himself - Mornah

General Secretary of the People’s National Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah has asked politicians to stop accusing each other of corruption and look for a lasting solution to solving the canker.

He was commenting on former President Rawlings’ accusation that former President John Agyekum Kufuor monopolized corruption in his administration to the extent that America sent in the CIA to warn of its implication.

He said on Radio Gold’s “Alhaji and Alhaji” programme that after critically listening to what former President Rawlings said, he realized that he (Rawlings) “criticized all the government except himself”. According to him, if he had suggested solutions to solving the issue, it would have been better than just joining the accusation spree.

He said politicians instead of blaming each other must identify where and how corruption occurs and then look for ways to address it. He further remarked that the former President “must capture himself in the frame of the things that happened because corruption also occurred in his administration but probably on his blind side”.
