Lack of human resource challenges marketing

Ms Nadia Takyiwaa-Mensah, Founder of Sixth Sense Manifesto, has said the greatest challenge in the marketing field was lack of human resource in the carry out the profession.

She said people who practice the profession had limited understanding of what marketing entails to be able to execute them. Ms Takyiwaa-Mensah said this at the launch of the company’s operations in Ghana in Accra.

Sixth Sense Manifesto is a fully integrated marketing agency which focuses on below-the-line marketing activities bringing brands closer to its end user. She said the company, which started its operations in Ghana three years ago, operates in Nigeria and South Africa.

Ms Takyiwaa-Mensah said the company intended to expand its operation to cover the West African Region to provide services like Brand management, Strategy Development, Research, Creative, Sales Activation and Digital Marketing among others.

She said the focus of their operation was also to impact on the marketing environment in the country and change the way it is done in Ghana.
