Lions had a stronger desire - Dramani

Asante Kotoko coach, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani says Hearts of Lions had the stronger desire to carry the day than his side in their 0-2 loss at Kpando on match day nine of the Ghana Premier League.
In an interview with Supersport after the game he noted that Heart of Lions played a very good game and they deserved to take all the three points, adding that his defence let him down.
"I think Lions looked hungrier than us. Our defence set-up got shattered. So you can put this down to a superb performance by Lions. You can’t take anything away from them.’’
He also told Supersport that his boys raised their performance in the course of the game but the lack of precision upfront didn’t help matters.
"I think we came up stronger later on; just that we didn’t take our chances. At this level you don’t make such defensive lapses because you will pay for it and we paid dearly for it.”
