Nunoo Mensah thought he was addressing 'barracks boys' - NDC MP

The Member of Parliament for Dadekotopon, Nii Amasah Namoale, has implored Ghanaians to forgive national security advisor for saying those who cannot bear present economic hardship should take their travel documents and leave the country.

Brigadier General Nunoo Mensah (retired) described the many strikes on the labour front as a sign of high level indiscipline in the country.

Brigadier General Nunoo Mensah on Saturday called for the suspension of salaries of workers who embark on strike. According to him, the many strikes on the labour front depict high level of indiscipline in the country.

Speaking on Badwam on Adom TV on Monday, Nii Amasah Namoale said the security boss for a moment might have thought he was issuing command to military men at the barracks.

The Dadekotopon MP, however, agrees with Nunoo Mensah adding, current strikes embarked upon by labour unions are unjustifiable.
