We're not hosting Egypt v Ghana - UAE FA boss

The president of the UAE Federation Youssef Al Serkal has denied media reports that Egypt have approached them to host the play-offs return leg in the final round of the World Cup Qualifiers against Ghana in the Gulf Region.
Serkal said despite the dire political crisis in the North African country, the Pharaohs have not made any contact as being reported.
“There are no letters from the Egyptian side to play the game here,” he stressed.
However, he served notice that the UAE will welcome the idea anytime the FA of the seven-time African champions feels like moving the match venue.
“Welcome Egypt and Ghana in Emirates at anytime,” Serkal opined.
The Black Stars have been paired with the Pharaohs of Egypt in a two-legged play-off to determine who picks one of the five slots reserved for Africa at the 2014 World Cup. The first leg would be staged in Ghana on the weekend of 11-15 October whiles the reverse fixture will take place in November.
