A call from a concern youth activist of NPP

Ghana as a nation on 29th August, 2013 witnessed, yet, another super human success as a real beacon of hope in Africa and beyond. We want to seize this opportunity to congratulate Ghanaians as a whole, but want to single out Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo as a true Democrat and a believer of Rule of Law. But, for Nana’s determination not to ascend the thrown of power through bloodshed as witnessed across Africa, we would not have reached this day, that, the whole World is singing praise for us, we all owe this wonderful success as a nation.
We, also thank Dr.Marmud Bawumia and his team, for great work done in gathering all the data for such a legal battle in the highest court of the land. How can we forget the legal team led by Dr.Philip Addison for a wonderful legal gymnastic; we say Ayikoo!!!
We again, thank the national chairman and his entire NEC, for their stewardship in the last four years
We also, thank all NPP faithful throughout the country, the prayer warriors and Diaspora for their support to the battle in the court.
Finally, we thank the national council, the former president for their guidance and directions.
We therefore, ask the national chairman, who is now, the leader of our party to as matter of days, demonstrate the direction of the party, so that we all can help rebuild the party to face the next political battle in 2016.
“Why are we pretending as if all is well with us, as a party”? We cannot push all our woes to Supreme Court judgment without reflecting on 2008 and 2012 and decide as a party whether we actually need Political Power or Party power?
This must be done dispassionately by all who matters in the party, not to jump the gun and try to push interest left right center by people who should actually know better. I suggest, the party takes clue from the Republican party’s approach, where they put up a task force to do real findings why they are losing elections lately, that would be the best thing to us a party.
As matter of fact the majority youths of this party are bleeding and won’t sit idle for any group of persons to sink the party any further.
We believe abstemious minds heed to wisdom to ensure, the party becomes formidable to face the next elections well prepared to prosecute a winsome campaign.
Long live Ghana! Long live NPP!! Long live The Youth of New Juaben South!!
