Samsung Ghana partners BusyInternet to provide free WI-FI internet service

In Samsung’s quest to continue the provision of world class consumer experience for customers of new GALAXY S4 smartphone, Samsung Ghana has partnered with 3 times CIMG Internet Service Provider of the year (2009/10/11) - BusyInternet to provide customers with free WIFI internet access upon purchase of the GALAXY S4 from Samsung authorized dealers and Samsung experience stores.

The partnership allows owners the GALAXY S4 to browse the internet as well as download all their favourite applications free of charge at selected Samsung Experience Stores in Accra and at BusyInternet locations and WIFI hot-spots.

In order to access the free internet service, once purchase is made customers will have to walk into any of the selected Samsung Experience Stores, BusyInternet locations or BusyInternet WIFI hot-spots and connect to the WIFI Hotspot called GalaxyS4, and then get immediate access to the free WIFI internet service. Samsung has made available trained personnel to assist customers with the process at the various locations. Once a customer signs on, this incredible service will be available for three months after first log-in.

Jaspreet Singh, business leader for handheld products at Samsung Ghana outlined what informed the partnership with BusyInternet – “We decided to partner BusyInternet because of their positive credibility and impressive track record in providing reliable and high-speed internet access in the country”. He continued: “We are confident that our cherished customers will find the service useful and welcoming; this is because the service will allow them to browse the internet and download apps without them using their data bundle or cell phone credits thus saving them money”.

Samsung GALAXY S4 also comes with another customer service oriented package which is aimed at maximizing customers’ value for money. This is the Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) which falls under the 24months warranty. ADH is a phone warranty available to owners of GALAXY S4 who are registered on the E-warranty platform. The service gives customers two free repairs within the 2 years for screen or liquid damage
