We don't want a draw or defeat -Gyan

Ghana captain Asamoah Gyan is rallying his Black Stars team-mates to aim at a win in their double header since that is the surest means to simplify their campaign to the 2014 World Cup.
The four-time African champions are billed to face Sudan and Lesotho on June 7 and 16 respectively in a World Cup qualifier and a win in both games will see the table turning in their favour as they are second behind Zambia.
Speaking to Goal Ghana ahead of their departure to Ethiopia, where they will continue with training camp, the Al Ain goal scoring appliance said: “Our sole aim is to win and grabbing all the six points at stake will be a massive boost for us.”
Gyan added: “We don’t want any draw or defeat in these two games ahead. Zambia is leading the group at the moment and the only way that we can straighten our path is to keep winning otherwise things will be very difficult for us.”
The Black Stars beat the Falcons of Jediane 4-0 in the reverse fixture at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi in March. Gyan noted that will not get into their heads since away games are a bit tricky.
“We are not going to underrate them at all. This time it is in Khartoum and playing before their home fans is going to be different from what we experienced in Ghana, so we just have to keep our focus and score at least a goal or two,” the Baby Jet stated.
