Duncan unhappy with Hearts away form

Accra Hearts of Oak coach David Duncan has expressed concern over his side’s poor away form in the Ghanaian top flight league.

Hearts of Oak will be trekking to Obuasi to play Ashantigold on Sunday in week-21 of the Ghana Premier League at the Len Clay Sports Stadium.

The Phobians, currently unbeaten in the second half of the season, are yet to win a match away from home this season.

The former Ashgold trainer said the team must improve its away shape even though the side is currently going through a rebuilding process.

“This is a team that is being worked on. There is still a lot of work to be done. I will describe it as work in progress. So it is not the vintage Hearts of Oak squad that can conquer every game they play away but we are working to improve that,” Duncan told GBC Sports.

The 20-time Ghana Premier League winners are currently 12th on the league log with 26 points.
