As part Airtel Deedew promotion which started year Manager of the company has rewarded it customers who participated in the promotion to motivate other in the acrivtivies put on Board .Airel Deedew promotion has so far seen about 200 people winning various prizes.
Winners include Millicent Rockson of Accra won as the proud winner of 20112 Honda city after garnering the most points in the first Airtel Deedew monthly promotion.Ms Rockson who has previously won some weekly prizes beat off competition from Eric Mensah who came in second and won a trip for two to watch Arsenal FC play in addition to shopping vouchers each.Ninety-six other persons won samsung mobile phones, Airtel moderms and football jerseys from Arsenal FC. Chief Operating Officer of Airtel Ghana ,Mrinal Roy who present prizes to winners said Airl Airtel is happy towards their respons in participating in the promotion.He said customers continous usage of their products for their daily lives and being rewarded for the usage is what makes them Deedew unique. He said their key drive as company is to e the most loved brand in the daily lives of their customers and believe that promotions such as Deedew, coupled with the continual improvements on their network and services delivers to their customers the sort of brand they want to be associated with.
Mr. Roy congratulated the winners and wish them the best ahead of the grand draw,meanwhile he announces to Ghanaians about Airtel Incoperate daily prizes into the promotoin where they reward customers who fall into the folling categories which include SMS user,highest data user,highest voice customer and hightest Airtel Money user.
Patrick Nathan Ofosu,Senior Marketing Manager in charge of Acquisition of Airtel Ghana, noted that customers ‘continuous usage on the network via voce calls , data ,Airtel Money and various products help in postioning them for the ultimate prize.
He said the for Deedew they have enlisted the services of renowned auditors,KPMG to further give credence to their already known posture of fairness and transparency ,Mr.Ofosu Explain that Airtel selects winners whose regular usage on the network gets them points.Winners he said are determined vai the accumulation of points.If non – Airtel customers want to take part,all they need to do is simply buy airtel SIM cards and activate to earn ponts .
He sress that customers can earn point by recharging with either scrach cards or through Airtel Money /pre-Tups to earn point s.Adding that point accumulated vai daily usage voice ,data,SMS,Airtel Money Transactions,where customers can multiply their daily point by 5 when they meet their daily Obolobo 5x target.The promotion he said runs into March 2013.
