Congratulating some newly elected Members of Parliament

As there is time for everything and end to everything, now is the time for me to congratulate the underlying mentioned persons for their successes at Elections 2012. Unlike the other lackadaisical, selfish, myopic and those that former President Rawlings would call, "Greedy bastards, Babies with sharp teeth and old Evil Dwarfs", these persons are immaculate. They are, Philip Basoah (NPP MP-elect for Kumawu Sekyere Constituency), Alex Adomako-Mensah (NDC MP-elect for the newly carved out Sekyere Afram Plains Constituency), Titus-Glover of Tema East Constituency, Ursula Owusu of Ablekuma West Constituency and Adwoa Sarfo of Dome Kwabenya Constituency, all of the NPP family.

I have had the occasion to interact with all of them except Adwoa Sarfo. They are all brilliant persons of integrity who will surely serve Mother Ghana and the people of Ghana with dedication, enthusiasm and honesty. They have vowed to be of service to the people of Ghana in particular, and humanity in general. They want to be at the service of the people but not aspiring for others to serve them, hence the pride I take in them. Their success has made me proud.

However, I am not happy about the overall results of Election 2012. Concrete evidence coupled with my empirical observations points to the fact that the NDC government and party rigged the election in collusive agreement with the Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan. The truth about the election results will unfold with justice done to the great admiration of many now a Ghanaian in brooding mood.

I wish the above-mentioned persons a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year. They should work exceedingly hard to, and beyond, the expectation of their constituents and Ghanaians, to avoid my ready-to-whip cane flogging them on the back. It does not take me long to take people to the cleaners when they are found wanting in the execution of their duties as is required of them.

I also extend my seasonal Christmas greetings to Nana Sarkodie Ababio, alias DJ Sources, of Sources Radio UK FM 96.3. Do I seem to have left out Kofi Basoah and alias "Burger" from Asante-Juaben in this moment of time that every Ghanaian extends their well-wishing greetings to others? No. Then I wish them a Joyous Christmas and an abundantly Successful New Year.

Do I appear to have forgotten Nana Akuffo-Addo, the entire NPP faithful and all discerning Ghanaians? No, I haven't. Then I wish all of them a Happy Christmas and a Successful New Year. . Rockson Adofo
