Work harder for Finatrade to create more jobs- Daher

Mr Elias Daher, Group Human Resource Director of the Finatrade Group of Companies, has appealed to workers of all the subsidiary companies to put in more efforts that would enable them to create more job opportunities.

He said: “Some staff performed in an outstanding manner, even above the call of duty and I urge you all to target high performance in your minds and never accept average performance because all of you are special and can go the extra mile to be outstanding.”

Mr Daher made this appeal during the end of year get-together of all workers of the Finatrade Group of Companies in Accra.

It was also an opportunity for them to appraise their performance and also prepare feverishly towards high performance next year.

Some of the companies under the Finatrade brand are; Sucatrade, Davenport Estate Developers, Finatrade Foundation, CCCT, Market Direct among others.

The Human Resource Director said their performance in the past that made Finatrade one of the best companies in the country should continue with them to enable them to achieve better laurels in the coming years.

“Staff should never do anything to put the company into disrepute, we are one people working for a common goal and that means that everyone of you is important in the organization.” He added.

Mr Daher said: ”We look forward to a better performance, because we never sit on our glories, otherwise we become stagnant.”
