Police guard Akufo-Addo’s house

The Ghana Police Service yesterday decided to post two police surveillance units with spying and broadcasting capacity at the residence of New Patriotic Party (NPP) flag bearer Nana Akufo-Addo on a permanent basis.

The units made of two Nissan Pickups fitted with the latest cameras and listening devices, are to spy on the house of the NPP flag bearer and to broadcast images back to the police headquarters and National Security for the foreseeable future.

Daily Searchlight intelligence has it that the two police units, made of specialized Nissan Pickups, are from the Panthers Unit were dispatched to Akufo-Addo’s residence on the instructions of DCOP Rose Atinga-Bio, the Director of Administration.
