D.C. charges Tema Youth's Wilfred Osei

Disciplinary proceedings has been opened against three team officials of Tema Youth, supporters of Berekum Chelsea and a player for actions in the Glo Premier League.

The Disciplinary Committee will commence proceedings on Thursday, 22 November at 15:30 GMT.

Wilfred Kwaku Osei and two other club officials of Tema Youth face misconduct charges.

Supporters of Berekum Chelsea have also been accused of misbehavior.

Real Tamale United player, Hassan Mohammed has been charged for misconduct for making derogatory and insulting remarks.

Case: Hearts of Oak vrs RTU (Match Day 6)

Statement of Offence

Misconduct of player contrary to Article 35 (7d), Article 35(9) and Article 39 (7a) of the Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Particulars of Offence

That on Sunday, 4th November, 2012 when Hearts of Oak played R.T.U at the Accra sports stadium, you HASSAN MOHAMMED made derogatory and insulting remarks in the dressing room and on the field of play to the effect that you thought the Accra Sports Stadium would also be banned and also the referee was mad which was heard by both the match Commissioner and the 4th Official.

Case: Tema Youth vrs Berekum Chelsea (Match Day 6)

Statement of Offence

Misconduct of club official contrary to Article 39 (7a) of the Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Particulars of Offence

That on Sunday 4th November, 2012 when Tema Youth played Chelsea at the Tema Sports Stadium, you JAMES LAMINA (official of Tema Youth) went into the match officials dressing room and issued death threats on the referee.

Statement of Offence

Misconduct of club official contrary to Article 39(7a) of the Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Particulars of Offence

That on Sunday 4th November, 2012 when Tema Youth played Chelsea at the Tema Sports Stadium, you MR. WILFRED KWAKU OSEI (Sporting Director of Tema Youth) went into the match officials dressing room with insults and threats and accused the match officials of taken money from Chelsea to cheat Tema Youth.

Misconduct of club official contrary to Article 39 (7a) of the Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Particulars of Offence

That on Sunday 4th November, 2012 when Tema Youth played Chelsea at the Tema Sports Stadium you PRINCE OWUSU (Technical Director of Tema Youth) rushed onto the pitch at the end of the first half and rained insults on the referee for taking some bad decisions against Tema Youth.

Case: Berekum Chelsea vrs Hearts of Oak (Match Day 5)

Statement of Offence

Misconduct of supporters contrary to Article 35(3) and 35(4) of the Regulations of the Ghana Football Association.

Particulars of Offence

That on Sunday 28th October, 2012 when Chelsea played Hearts of Oak at the Golden City Park, Berekum, supporters of Chelsea together with the supporters chairman and an ardent supporter called AZIGIZA forcefully prevented players of Hearts of Oak from praying at the centre circle and in the process AZIGIZA sprinkled some liquid from a Voltic bottle at the centre.
