Madam Ama Benyiwa-Doe, Central Regional Minister, has appealed to supporters and sympathizers of National Democratic Congress (NDC) at Ajumako-Enyan-Essiam District, to re-elect Mr Ato Forson as Member of Parliament (MP) to facilitate development.

She made the appeal when she officially introduced the parliamentary candidate at Ajumako Traditional Council.

Madam Benyiwa-Doe asked the chiefs to support the MP to enable him bring more development projects to the area.

Mr Ato Forson expressed appreciation to the chiefs for their continuous support and cooperation during the past four years, which he said had enabled him to undertake numerous development projects to better the lot of the people.

He called on the people to give him the second mandate to enable him complete the task ahead.

The Omanhen of the area, Okokodurfo Ogyeabour Nana Kwamina Hammah Ababio II commended the MP for the good work done, adding that the tarring of the road from Essakyire Junction to Ajumako “which I have seen with my own eyes testifies to your commitment to the welfare and progress of the area”.
