Cresta Paint Industries ltd was recently awarded the International world quality commitment award in the gold category at the B.I.D. World Quality Commitment Convention held in Paris.
The event was presided over by the President and CEO of Business initiative Directions (BID) Mr. Jose E. Prieto and was attended by companies from 54 countries, together with leaders from different business fields, professionals from the worlds of economics, the arts and corporate image, quality experts, as well as academic personalities and representatives from the diplomatic corps.
Cresta Paints was recognized for its strong commitment to quality, Innovation and Technology.
The Managing director of Cresta Paints Mr. Abhay Salunkhe and Director of Cresta Paints Mrs Pradnya Salunkhe received the award on behalf of the company and dedicated it to the staff, customers and suppliers of the company for their dedication, support and commitment.
The main sponsor of the World Quality Commitment WQC Convention was Imarpress media group which covered the Awards in Paris.
The B.I.D. Quality symbol is present in 178 countries around the world, creating a firm ground for the implementation of integral quality processes through the technology and procedures of the QC100 model of Total Quality Management.
Cresta Paints has previously received gold awards for exports of automotive coatings to West African countries from the Ghana Export Promotion Authority.
