Notice: Election date set for vacancies

Notice of the election of Premier League clubs’ representative on the Ghana Football Association Executive Committee and election of Vice-President of the Ghana Football Association to fill the vacancies created by the death of Hon. Emmanuel Owusu Ansah and Jordan Anagblah, Executive Committee member and Vice-President respectively

The elections of Premier League Clubs’ representative on the GFA Executive Committee and the Vice-President of the Association to fill the vacancies created by the death of Hon. Emmanuel Owusu Ansah and Jordan Anagblah comes-off on Thursday, 20th September, 2012 at the GFA Conference room at 10:00 am for the Premier League Clubs and 3:00 pm. for the Vice-President.

Premier League Clubs Officials who are interested to contest for the position are to pick nomination forms at the GFA Secretariat.

Nominations open at 9:00 am. on Tuesday, 11th September, 2012 and close at 3:00 pm. on Thursday, 13th September, 2012.

The Notice and Guidelines for the election has been sent to all Premier League Clubs.

Each club shall be represented at the election by one representative, whose name shall be submitted to the General Secretary by the Chief Executive Officer on the Club’s letter head not later than Friday, 14th September, 2012.
