Egbert Illegally Looted Land In Wife’s Name

News Desk Report

If Egbert Faibille was thinking that he will be able to run away from his stinking acquisition of 1 acre plot of land at Cantonments, for a song and a dance, then the joker-of-a-lawyer must be living with elephants in a circus. After The Informer had exposed Egbert last week for also being an integral part of Jake Obetsebi Lamptey’s land-stealing brigade, the joker-of-a-lawyer was all over the place, crying for mercy.

The Informer has it on authority that Egbert illegalle acquired the land in the name of his wife, Mrs. Nana Yaa Faibille.

From very credible sources, Nana Yaa Faibille has admitted to some close associates that her husband used her as a decoy to illegally acquire the 1 acre plot of land at Cantonments.

The parcel of land, which is going for about $2 million, was bought for 82 million old Ghana cedis.

From The Informer’s sources, Nana Yaa Faibille is related to Professor Ofosu Armah, who was the then Chairman of the Greater Accra Lands Commission. So, using the blood relationship between his wife and Professor Ofosu Armah, the joker-of-a-lawyer acquired a big parcel of prime land for peanuts. It was interesting hearing Egbert say he is a Ghanaian, and so has the right to buy land anywhere he desires.

Certainly, Egbert can buy land anywhere he desires, but it is an illegal conduct for him to acquire an acre of land at Cantonments for a fraction of the market price.

To all intents and purposes, Egbert’s action stinks as much as Jake’s. Shamelessly, Egbert tries to justify his stinking conduct with the wonky NPP argument that President Atta Mills also bought state lands at Ofankor in 1978. If President Atta Mills bought a state land at Ofankor in 1978 as a senior lecturer at Legon, how can Egbert compare it to the editor of a non-selling paper like The Ghanaian Observer purchasing a prime parcel of land at Cantonments?

How many copies of newspaper was Egbert selling in those days, such that he could purchase a parcel of land at Cantonments?

If Egbert can engage in such near-illegal conduct, it is not surprising that it is he, a very junior lawyer, who is walking around all the courts in Accra, defending members of the NPP looting brigade, who were standing trial. Indeed, if Egbert is all over the place discrediting President Atta Mills, it is only because the righteous President is not ready to allow conscienceless and stomach journalists to purchase state lands for peanuts.

Stomach journalists like Egbert Faibille, are the ones who are destroying Ghana with their stomach direction and land stealing analysis and from all indications, God Almighty will not allow Akufo-Addo to become President, for criminal-minded land-stealing journalists to continue to steal, loot, and plunder state assets.
