Lions secure last 16 place in FA Cup

Heart of Lions eased their way into the last 16 of the FA Cup following a win against Tarkwa United on Saturday.

A second half goal from Badu Asiamah at the Kpando Park qualified the premiership side past the Division One campaigners.

Lions dominated the game but lacked the finishing touch as they completed the opening half goalless.

But 32 minutes after the break, Asiamah broke the deadlock with a goal which proved to be the match winner and assured them of progress in the Cup competition.
