Ultra Modern business centre Commissioned

$500 MILLION ANAINA

Anaina International Business District (IBD) is a solely owned Ghanaian company whose major aim is to contribute its quota to the development of Ghana by building a state of the art IBD facility which is currently under construction, and estimated to create jobs for over 500,000 unemployed in Ghana and beyond.
The International Business District will comprise of business centers, a one stop shopping mall categorized in zones such as the 5 star hotel, bar, night club, restaurant, pharmacy, bus station, ample parking space of 4800 carports, warehouses of 120,000m2, recreational centres and wetland parks etc. There will be elevators at vantage points to transport customers to the various departments of the shop, especially the disable.
At a press conference held at Atomic- kwabenya in Accra where the IBD project is currently under construction, investors, job seekers, residence of the area, prospective business partners and security agencies were present to have an insight of the project.
According to the Chief Executive Director of Anaina International Co. Ltd, Mr Clemence Gyato, the necessary documents covering the 164 acres of land from the appropriate authorities has been acquired. He showed copies to the public including the consent of the property owners, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the law court, Ghana National fire service and the Ga East Municipal Assemble to testify that it is safe to do business with the company. He elaborates that the project will be divided into three phases; the first phase of the project will be completed in October this year, whiles the rest will be completed over a period of three years. Already, 78 manufacturers are waiting to bring their products on board; hence he urges interested would be partners to come on board now to avoid competition with others.
Mr. Gyato does not only deem the building of the state of the art ultra-modern facility as a life time investment opportunity but also as his company’s quota in helping government in its effort to curb the unemployment situation in Ghana.
He added that his company is encouraging entrepreneurship by providing consultancy for customers, especially unemployed graduates to venture into profitable businesses.
Unlike other shops such as the Accra mall and Makola shopping mall where shops are rented, the International Business District shops would be sold to customers and will be given ample time to pay under a flexible terms and agreement, adding that Fidelity Bank is also providing 50% mortgage loan for clients to serve as a bolster.
Mr Zhang Changhui, a long-time friend of the Managing Director has assured the managing director that he would invest in the project to make it a success. He also thanked the government of Ghana for its support for this project, saying it is his fervent hope that the project will support the developmental agenda of this government and subsequent governments.
The project is estimated to cost $500million. Anaina is assuring all and sundry that doing business with the company is safe and a step in the right direction. The company believes that when the project is completed, it will raise and change the public opinion about standard of doing business in Ghana.
