Gyan passes Al Ain medical, to be unveilled today

New Al Ain striker Asamoah Gyan who arrived in the UAE on Saturday night, has successfully undergone his medicals on Sunday morning at the Al Ain Hospital which was until recently known as Al Jimi Hospital.

The club will unveil new signing Asamoah Gyan at a press conference which will be held at twelve noon (08:00 GMT) on Monday at the conference hall of Khalifa Bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain.

The 25-year-old’s arrival completes the quartet on foreign player quota each club can register for the coming season. Argentina’s Ignacio Scocco, Mirel Radoi of Romania and Saudi Arabia’s Yasser al-Qahtani are the other foreign players who have already signed for Al Ain ahead of the new season starting October 15.

Asamoah Gyan was introduced to his new team mates before Sunday’s training session after he successfully passed his medicals.
