Kutunse United commended for qualifying to Middle League

Kutunse, (GAR), Aug. 3, GNA - The Chairman of the Ga West Municipal Football Association, Mr Peter Ablede has commended Kutunse Great United Football Club for qualifying to participate in the forthcoming Middle League.

Mr Ablede gave the commendation in an interview with GNA Sports on Tuesday at Kutunse after a friendly football match between the newly qualified Kutunse Great United and the local Samsam F/C which ended in a draw game. The Chairman said Great United won 16 of its matches in the Municipality to be promoted to the Second Division of the Greater Accra Region.

He said Great United would play the Middle League with Kpobiman United, Real Madrid of Opah, Big Joe Club of Afiaman, J.F.C Club from Afoaman and Trebu's Iron Breakers.

Mr Elvis Cudjoe, Public Relations Officer of Great United Club also congratulated the Chairman of the Club, Mr Timothy Dzadzi who sponsored the team and the technical team of the Club and assured the supporters that the Club would press on with their training to qualify to higher stages.
