Kingson in no hurry over future

Richard Kingson will help Ghana through Friday’s African Nations Cup qualifying and the friendly against South Korea before deciding where next to take his goalkeeping skills.

The Ghana international is back on the transfer market after he was released by relegated Blackpool.

Kingson is confident it won’t be long before he settles in at another club after a season that went well on a personal level for him.

“I had a great time at Blackpool and I think in the end I proved to those who had doubts that I am good for that level. It is just a shame that the club went down because it is a very good club, one that will remain very special to me,” he tells KickOffGhana.com.

Having spent the last four years in English football in spells at Birmingham City, Wigan Athletic and Blackpool, Kingson says he would love to continue playing his football in England.
