The decision he packaged and sent to the government is a deliberate confrontation of the grievances of the NDC party over the past eight years of Jean Adukwei Mensah and her deputies' conduct in facing off with the party. The partisan posture took by the commissioners, thereby emboldened them to behave the way they did, even children know. They can tell you if you ask them, kids!! Madam Charlotte Osei was removed from office based on some flimsy excuses but they were enough evidence, prima facie, as they call it, to remove her from office. The two situations compared, the complaints made against Madam Charlotte Osei don't come close to Adukwei Mensah and her deputies' conduct over the past eight years. However, notwithstanding what happened, Justice Bonnie says, let's sweep it under the carpet. They will do worse come 2028 and nothing will happen. Ask them, what figure did Akuffo Addo obtained to win the 2020 presidential elections and they can't tell you. Why? Because they manipulated the results till they arrived at an unproportional figure. A figure unrealistic to call. So it's hanging there forever. All these irregularities and incompetence are normal in the eyes of the Chief Justice, Justice Paul Bonnie.
