CEIBS holds maiden graduation for Africa in Accra

Accra, Nov. 9, GNA - The International Advisory Board, Management and faculty of the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) would hold its maiden EMBA graduation ceremony for Africa, in Accra on December 9, 2010.

The CEIBS, the number one business school in Asia Pacific, ranked among top 25 global business schools for nine consecutive years, is the fruit of a creative partnership between the Chinese Government and the European Commission that established it as a non-profit joint venture in 1994.

This is contained in a statement signed by Ms Edwina Effie Fynn, Senior Manager Business Development, and issued in Accra on Tuesday. It said as a pioneer and leader of modern Chinese management education, CEIBS provides world class programmes accredited by EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System) and AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), backed by an outstanding group of faculty, management and support staff. The statement said since the launch in May 2009 of CEIBS Executive MBA programme in Accra, it had introduced the Advanced Diploma in Management, other executive development, as well as company specific programmes. CEIBS is positioned to provide the educational experience that opens the gates to the world of business in Africa, China, Asia and the world.
