Former NPP Chairman In Sex Scandal

....Caught With Condom On Penis Standing Over 13year Girl

Former Effiduase-Asokore Constituency Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Afram Agyemang, has found himself on the wrong of the law and is on the wanted list of the Asokore police in the Ashanti Region following allegations of his involvement in a sex scandal with a 13-year old girl.

65 year old Nana Agyeman, is alleged to have lured the young girl (name withheld) into one of the classrooms of Effiduase T.I. Ahmadiya JHS and abused her sexually.

The Asokore Divisional Police Commander, Superintendent Alex Amenyo confirmed the incident on CitiFM’s Eye-witness News. According to Superintendent Amenyo, following a tip-off from a friend, the brother of the victim, who subsequently reported the case to the police, caught the two in the act in a renovated classroom at about 8pm.

The suspect is said to be on the run after allegedly defiling the girl. His wife, children and some members of his extended family say they have no idea where Mr. Agyemang is seeking refuge.

According to Superintendent Amenyo, the police have since mounted a search for the former NPP Chairman but it has so far not yielded any results.

“…I can confirm he’s on the run, because we’ve used so many ways to get in touch…I can confirm we don’t know where he is…Immediately after the offense took place…he absconded. He was lured away by some yet to be identified people. We’ve diligently looked for him through the wife, the family and don’t know where he is,” he said.

Superintendent Amenyo disclosed that, the ex-NPP Chair was found standing over the poor weeping girl "with a condom on his penis".

“A young man and a watchman…chanced upon the suspect and the victim…they found the man standing with a condom on his penis and the 13 year old lying on the floor weeping…,” he revealed.

Asked if Nana Agyeman was caught lying on top of the little girl, Superintendent replied, “…as soon as the intruders (watchman and youngman) chanced upon them…he stood up…he was in the act, he was caught in the act, I can say from the statement that they gave. He was caught in the act,” he said.

The Divisional Police Commander appealed to the former NPP Chairman to come out of his hiding place and help police unravel since they were unsure if it was a planted story meant to deprecate him.

“…we don’t know whether it is a cooked story so Mr. Afram Agyeman, wherever he is, we’ll want him to come. He should come and tell us the side of his story so that we can complete investigations on this matter,” Superintendent Amenyo pleaded.
