Ghana International Airlines suspends operations

Ghana International Airlines (Accra) suspended operations on April 29, 2010 stranding passengers. Astraeus Airlines pulled its wet leased aircraft due to unpaid debts.

The Ghana Ministry of Transport is arranging to airlift Ghana International Airlines stranded passengers stranded at Accra, London Gatwick and Dusseldorf.
