GTUC organises a two-day trilateral conference in Accra

Accra, April 30, GNA - The Ghana Trades Union Congress (GTUC) would host a two-day trilateral conference from May 4 to 6, in Accra. The conference under the theme: "Strengthening Trade Union Solidarity in Africa" is being attended by the leadership of GTUC, Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) and South African Trade Unions (COSATU). A statement issued in Accra on Friday and signed by Dr Yaw Baah, Deputy Secretary General of GTUC said the conference would strengthen links among the three trade union centres and develop common perspectives on the

challenges facing workers in Africa to better enhance their lot.
