Pharmaceutical company donates computers to KNUST

Kumasi, Aug.21, GNA - PALB Pharmaceutical Company Limited in Kumasi on Friday donated five computers and accessories worth GHC 5,000 to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). It also added a cash of GHC2, 000.

Mr Allan Kwesi Asante-Yeboah, an official of the company, said the donation was their contributions towards equipping the computer laboratory of the School of Medical Sciences (SMS) to facilitate academic work.

He lauded the University for what it has been doing to enhance Ghana's development through science and technology, and pledged the company's resolve to support the SMS with computers in future. Professor Kwabena Danso, Dean of the SMS, commended the company for the gesture. 21 Aug. 09
