Taysec Construction Sold for £1

Taylor Wimpey, the UK's largest housebuilder, announced today it has sold its Taysec construction businesses in Ghana to existing management for £1 in cash.

The company is currently in talks with investors about a rights issue following the successful refinancing of its £1.57bn of debt.
