Menace T Album Review
Menace T is a young black man trying to make it in this bizare world.The world full of selfish and greedy goons.He was born to Mr and Mrs Antobre on the 18 of september 1984 in kumasi the capital of the Great Ashanti kingdom. He started school at Mizpah primary and later went to St francis primary.He went to high school at Peters Education Centre.At this time he intergreated himself to Hiphop culture.He started freestyling and remaking other peoples joints. In 1996,a popular music now called hiplife started in Ghana by the legendry Reggie Rockstone.It opened the gate for young cats like him.so he saw chance coming and he and his childhood friend Fischer went to a guy called Baka Rat for help,how to put their own words together and how to make a song.He joined with four homies in the hood to form a formidal group called the Brakers,consisting of Buju,Old Dog,Fischer and Menace T.They did shows together,traveling through their city(ksi) for shows.
The Group lasted for two years and they split up for solo adventures.He qualified for the Ghana Embassy pleasure rap competition 2001 edition.He was selected among 10 out of 50 rappers whom qualified.He was posted to the northern sector of ghana that is upper east region of Ghana. As he was about to go for the competition,His parents came banging on his door,to join them in Italy.In italy He started spining in club as a part time DJ.He then went on by doing promotion and artistic management.thus by that it gave birth to CASH UNIT ENTERTAINMENT. ALBUM REVIEW> the name of the album is called LADY DIANA. IT has ten tracks on it. it is versatile,it has hiphop and and contemplory hilife on it.Is a master piece of hiplife album it has tracks like wo mame twen which has caused controversy in GHANA.the name means u keep me waiting.is a hit and was produced by POCALOUS. The hilife based track is called mendwodwo me feat.FRANK MENSAH POZO and LISA of mentor 3.its the delight of many and it is the sound making noize all over radio and tv across the nation.it also have the track lady diana which is the album title.it preeches about the military instability in africa.is well tuned for the youth and it can be remeberd by the grown ups as it was sang in the early 80's.the album is a classic not to mention.it is produced by his own label CASH UNIT ENTERTAINMENT.DISTRIBUTED BY PAT THOMAS MUSIC PRODUCTION AND MARGWUS MUSIC.
