Mills commends Black Satellites for sterling performance

Accra, Jan. 31, GNA - President John Evans Atta Mills has commended the National Under-20 team, Black Satellites for their sterling performance at the on-going CAF Africa Juvenile Championship in Rwanda. In a statement issued and signed by Mr Mahama Ayariga, Presidential Spokesperson in Accra on Saturday, President Mills said "The skills with which they played and the discipline among these elegant young men portends a brighter future for Ghanaian football."

It said as the Satellites play against the Young Indomitable Lions of Cameroun in the grand finale on Sunday, February 1, "May God give the team, coach and their handlers strength and fortitude."
