SCANCEM Bribe: No info From Norwegian Supreme Court?

The Norwegian Supreme Court (website) did not issue a statement on the SCANCEM Bribery case today as promised by the newspapers Crusading Guide and Statesman.

According to the newspapers, the Nordic Supreme Court was suppose to order disclosure of the owner of a private account in Geneva, Switzerland in which about $1.7 million was transferred as bribe money

A Ghanaian living in Norway called the Supreme Court to get the full statement for translation into English.

This is an email from him (edited)

Hi
[….. salutation removed …]
After several minutes on the line and re-directed to different “departments”, it was apparent that nobody at the Supreme Court knew what I was talking about.
A ‘clerk’ finally directed me to the ASKER AND BÆRUM DISTRICT COURT, where the case concerning damages or a claim for recovery by Scancem International ANS against Tor Egil Kjelsaas, formerly employed by the company took place.
I refused to call the places, since the newspaper report explicitly stated the “Supreme court”
