Top Business Brokers Consult Limited launched in Kumasi

Kumasi, May 16, GNA - The Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) has revised its curricula making the study of entrepreneurship compulsory for all students Professor Kwasi Kwafo Adarkwa, Vice Chancellor, has announced.

He said the move was to ginger the spirit of innovations and novelty in graduates produced to help create businesses to employ others rather than look for non-existing employment avenues. Professor Adarkwa announced this in a speech read for him at the launch of the Top Business Brokers Consult Limited in Kumasi on Wednesday.

The theme for the launch was: "The role of the Business Broker Consult Limited in Empowering Business Communities in Ghana". He said graduate unemployment was of grave concern to the university and expressed the hope that businesses of that nature would serve as role models for other graduates to emulate. The Vice Chancellor urged the company to let dedication, teamwork, commitment and perseverance, be its hallmark to ensure success in its operations.

Mr De Graft Owusu Manuh, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), said the company had energized in full capacity to meet the ever-increasing needs of businesses and provide them cutting edge solutions for wealth maximization.

He also said the company offered a wide range of services including brokerage and franchising, investment and financial consulting, entrepreneurship, career brokerage and others. The CEO said the company was situated at Bomso in Kumasi and appealed to the business community to visit the office for quality business services.

Professor Otu Siaw Ellis, Pro-Vice Chancellor of KNUST, who chaired the function, urged businessmen to take advantage of the company to improve their businesses.
