Ghana@50: South Korea represented by minister

SEOUL, Feb. 28 -- Minister of Government Administration and Home Affairs Park Myung-jae will fly to Ghana next month to offer his congratulations on the country's 50th anniversary of independence from Britain, a ministry official said Wednesday.
As the special envoy for President Roh Moo-hyun, Park will take part in the March 6 ceremony celebrating the West African state's independence, declared in 1957.
