Accra bourse begins week in positive zone

Accra, Nov. 20, GNA - The Accra bourse began the week on Monday in positive the zone, buoyed by gains by ECOBANK Ghana and Fan Milk Limited.

The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) All-Share Index, the main stock index, gained 1.37 points at 4,976.08 points from 4,974.71 points on Friday.

Change to date ended at 4.34 per cent.

On the broader market, there were two price changes, both gains. ECOBANK Ghana gained 50 cedis at 13,200 cedis and Fan Milk Limited was three cedis better at 7,004 cedis. Total shares traded ended at 129,100 while market capitalisation was 112,108.48 billion cedis.
