President's constituency boycott elections

According to an Accra-based radio station, JoyFM - only four voters had cast their ballots in President John Kufuor’s constituency of Antwima Nwabigya by mid-day.
They are boycotting the polls in protest against poor roads in the area, our correspondent said.
