PEF elects new officers

Accra, Aug. 8, GNA - The Private Enterprise Foundation (PEF), a private arm of business operators, has elected new officers to lead the institution for the next one year.

The PEF, made up of more than 50 companies, elected Mr Wilson Atta Krofah President of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as President and Mr Anthony Sikpa, President of the Federation of Association of Ghanaian Exporters (FAGE), as Vice President. Mr Krofah is also the Managing Director of WACROFT Marketing Services and WILEB Mining Supplies Limited.

He is a Council Member of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, a patron and fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ghana, a non-executive director of Norpalm Ghana Limited and Pioneer Kitchenware Limited.

Mr Krofah has had a distinguished career spanning more than three decades in the former United African Company (UAC) and Lever Brothers. Mr Sikpa is currently Managing Director of Agrtotree Limited and Director of Bonsu and Bordom Limited. He was the Director of Adminsitration of West Coast Airlines and Marketing Manager of Afroasian Travel Centre. 8 Aug. 06
